At Cook With Willow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchenware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused cookware in its original box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
