What materials are used in Cook With Willow cookware?
We prioritize safety and durability by using premium food-grade stainless steel, non-toxic ceramic coatings, and sustainably sourced wood for our handles. All products are 100% PFOA, PTFE, and lead-free.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day 'Love it or Return it' guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
While many of our items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap to preserve the finish and longevity of the non-stick surfaces and wooden components.
